Handling Instructions: This product was prepared from inspected and
passed meat and/or poultry. Some food products may contain bacteria that

For your protection, follow these safe handling instructions. Keep
refrigerated or frozen. Thaw in refrigerator or microwave. Keep raw meat
and poultry separate from other foods. Wash working surfaces (including
cutting boards), utensils, and hands after touching raw meat or
poultry. Cook thoroughly. Keep hot foods hot. Refrigerate leftovers
immediately or discard. Cooking Instructions: Cook sausage until the
internal temperature reaches 165 degrees F. Sausage should be browned
and no longer pink inside. Microwave preparation is not recommended.
Stovetop: Slice thawed sausage roll into 16 thin patties and place in
skillet. Cook over medium heat, turning to brown evenly, 13 to 18
minutes. Previously handled frozen. Use or freeze within 5 days or
purchasing. Keep refrigerated or refreeze.
