Directions
Butterball®®
Cooking Directions: Skillet: Heat 2 teaspoons vegetable oil in skillet
on medium heat. Add Butterball®® Turkey Burger(s). Cook 10 minutes,
turning 2 to 3 times, or until meat thermometer inserted in center of
burger(s) reaches 165F. Outdoor Grill: Preheat grill on medium direct
heat. Lightly spray or brush both sides of Butterball®® Turkey Burger(s)
with vegetable oil. Place on grill about 4 inches from heat. Grill 5
minutes per side or until meat thermometer inserted in center of
burger(s) reaches 165F. Broiler: Preheat broiler. Spray broiler pan with
cooking spray. Place Butterball®® Turkey Burger(s) on broiling pan.
Place pan under broiler approximately 4 inches from heat. Cook 3-4
minutes, then flip patty until center of burger(s) reaches 165F
(Approximately 10 minutes total cook time).
Keep refrigerated.

immediately or discard. Cook thoroughly to 165F for safety.
